I live in New York City and work at Blackstone as a AI Engineer, focused on building AI agents and tools to help our investors make better investment decisions.
I’m currently working on:
- Deckfront, my own board game combining deckbuilding and area control — using goal loops to experiment with and optimize rulesets
- ThinHarness, a minimal, opinionated agent harness — focused scope, straightforward code, easy to fork
- AI-powered knowledge base workflows using Readwise Reader and Obsidian
- OPINIONS.md Agent, an agent that evolves my living beliefs file from my weekly reading highlights
A few things I like:
I have the unreasonable goal of reading every major fantasy/sci-fi series ever written (as per the list from r/fantasy), I recently finished the 16-book Realm of the Elderlings series by Robin Hobb. Currently reading Demon in White, the third book in the Sun Eater series by Christopher Ruocchio.
My current sport of choice is volleyball; I play indoor in a league with Big City (last season we made it to the championship and were 2nd out of 28 teams!) and play sand volleyball at central park on the weekends.
